INVITATION | STUDIO TOUR: PHILIP HAUSER WOODTURNING DEMONSTRATION

Join the Maurice Rohrbach Fund for Swiss-American Cultural Exchange (MRF) for a special studio visit with artist Philip Hauser in his studio workshop. Rooted in a tradition of celebrating Swiss culture and craftsmanship, MRF is pleased to offer this opportunity to experience Hauser’s work up close.

Hauser has been working in woodturning since 1987, developing a practice centered on the natural character of wood and its inherent forms. His sculptural works explore the relationship between material, form, and craftsmanship. His work has been featured at the Philadelphia Museum for Art in Wood. During the visit, he will share insights into his creative process and demonstrate the techniques behind his work.

Due to safety considerations and limited workshop space, attendance is limited to 12 participants.
